The Purple Euro Prince is a tied on a size 12 45degree barbless jig hook and presents itself in a way that is irresistible to any fish that comes by to take a look. There's something about purple that they cannot resist!

This pattern is an adaptation of the classic Prince Nymph but it's been streamlined down to a nymph that's consistent with many euro-nymphing style flies. If you haven't tried euro-nypmhing, I highly recommend you check it out!
